This is it, the very last newsletter of 2022. But don’t worry because in January we’ll be back with a new edition! This month we look back on last year together with Raoul. Get to know everything about UNI-machine control, the updates and developments regarding the UNI-GR1 in 2022.
In addition, next January we will be at multiple trade fairs we’d like to tell you about. Next up we also have an interesting customer case ready for you to read and our office has been expanded this month with a new addition! Recapping on 2022 with Raoul
UNI-Solutions Update
As 2022 draws to a close, we can say with certainty that it was an unforgettable year! We celebrated our 5th anniversary, participated in multiple (international) events and helped more and more people to measure themselves. At the heart of it all are user-friendly surveying solutions developed by our team. With that in mind, we asked our CTO Raoul about this year AND what you can expect next year. Spoiler alert: actually a lot!
“2022 really was a big year for us, specially speaking on behalf of the Development team. We’ve made a very good start with the UNI-Collect surveying app, that will replace UNI-Connect as our surveying software. There’s a timeline, we did our research, built the groundworks, and much more,” explains Raoul.

Infratech2023
We can also be found at Infratech next year. Under the theme ‘Move Forward’, this event challenges the branche to make knowledge, share knowledge and inspire each other in order to translate developments into opportunities for the sector. You can find us at stand number 1.214 in Ahoy Rotterdam on 17-20 January.

Customer Case
We have another customer case for you! Past November we interviewed Rick Hamers about the experience of Bureau Hamers as a customer of marXact. You can also read all about how the UNI-GR1 is being used in the green space industry.
“Measuring ourselves fits well into our workflow, because everything is digital. All information is in the computer. When a contractor sets out, I can see the results immediately or follow them live from the office. That’s a very nice way of working”, explains Rick Hamers, garden and landscape designer and founder of Bureau Hamers. Meanwhile, our UNI-GR1 is part of his standard equipment and we asked him why.

A new addition!
Company News
Christmas fell early at our office this year, as we were surprised with a new addition to the marXact team! We may expand our development team even further this year with Rana!
Besides reading books, speaking 8 languages, she loves to travel and cooking is also one of her hobbies! So she is not only expanding the development team, but also her palate.
Of course, this is just a small introduction to Rana and what she will be doing here at marXact . Keep an eye out for her and her work. Read all about Rana here.
