We ship with UPS. Shipping within the EU is free. Outside the EU it depends on the destination and is shown at checkout. Prices are shown excluding VAT; the VAT for your country is added at checkout.

You pay securely in the webshop and receive an invoice for every order. You can add a purchase order (PO) number at checkout. Prices are excluding VAT; the VAT for your country is calculated at checkout.

New products come with a 24-month guarantee on materials and correct working. Noticed a defect? Report it to support@marxact.com within a week and we repair or replace the product. We sell to businesses, so the 14-day consumer right of return does not apply.

It depends on the product. To work with UNI-Cloud and to get RTK corrections you need a plan: UNI-Cloud for your projects and data, and UNI-RTK Premium for the correction network, or your own NTRIP service such as SAPOS or FLEPOS. Cables and accessories work without a subscription.

Our own team in Hilversum answers the phone Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 CET, on local numbers in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. From the Professional plan up they take over your device remotely and fix most things on the spot.
