What does a red blinking battery icon mean in the display of the UNI-GR1?

When you see a fast red blinking battery icon on the UNI-GR1’s display, there is a charging error. This can happen when you don't plug the charger correctly into the UNI-GR1. When you recognise this fast blinking rhythm, try to unplug and re-plug the 12-pin connector in the UNI-GR1. While plugging the 12-pin connector in, mind the mini-slot in the 12-pin entrance on the UNI-GR1 where you plug the connector in. This needs to be done correctly to avoid damage.

In the odd case the fast blinking persists, it may indicate that the UNI-GR1 is currently too hot to charge at full speed and, therefore, is not charging. Lithium-Ion batteries can not charge if their temperature is over 45 degrees Celsius. In case the UNI-GR1 feels very hot, turn it off and make sure it is placed in the shade and without covers to cool down so you can resume charging.
