What can I do when all my location settings are deleted?

First, make sure the device you use to display UNI-Connect is still connected to the Wi-Fi network of the UNI-GR1. In case the device is not connected, UNI-Connect will load from your cache in an empty form. This will look like all your settings are gone.

In case your device is connected to the Wi-Fi hotspot of the UNI-GR1 and you notice that all your settings within UNI-Connect are still gone, it is possible that you have reset all settings. This could have happened in case you have reset the UNI-GR1 when you held the power button for longer than 30 seconds, or if you hit the red reset button in the general settings.

In the odd case this happens, a fast way to get you on track is to hold your NFC-card tag against the UNI-GR1 at the place of the icon. This will lead to a synchronization of your settings with those in the UNI-Cloud.
