The Master Control Station provides command and control of the constellations in use. It Uses global monitor station data to compute the precise locations of the satellites and generates navigation messages for uploading it to the satellites. The Master Control Station monitors satellite broadcasts and system integrity to ensure constellation health and accuracy. It also performs satellite maintainance, including repositioning satellites to maintain optimal constellations.
