You might have found out already, but we have expanded the UNI-Support team once again! Max Numan has joined marXact last week and is the one that breaks tradition: after Jasper and James, he is the first team member whose name does not start with a ‘J’. It was bound to happen some time, right?
Set schedule
Max: “I’ve really enjoyed my first days here at marXact, it’s been amazing. There was a set schedule for the first week and although things can come up and dates and times change, I like that an actual plan was made for me.
I’ve gotten to know a lot of colleagues already and know what everyone is working on and for, which is nice! Remembering all names will be a challenge though, but luckily there’s a complete overview of my colleagues available!”

Customer Happiness Manager Jasper Rottier: “marXact is growing fast and we are providing more and more organizations with the possibility to survey themselves. When a customer base grows, the amount of questions grows too. So with Max being on board now, we have an additional surveying specialist to answer these specific questions best.
