If you are a regular UNI user, you might have been in touch with our UNI-Support helpdesk before. That might have been over the phone, per email, or even in-person. As of last month, we have a new colleague on that team. James Burnett could be the next voice you hear when you call us for support, or the guy who replies to your email.
